According to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News, the club has reached a deal withKevin Vickerson. Per multiple reports, Vickerson announced his agreement with New York on Instagram. The 32-year-old Vickerson appeared in 15 games for the Chiefs in 2014, notching 12 tackles. He previously played for Denver (2010-2013), Tennessee (2007-2009) and Miami (2005-2006). Vickerson (6-5, 328) could project to end in the Jets’ 3-4 scheme. He was listed as the Chiefs’ backup left end last season, and he also played end in Denver’s 3-4 scheme earlier in his career.
