I look around, and bulk of the reading material available to jets fans on JET NATION is banter between those who continue to fight the good fight for Geno, and those persecuting him for every mistake. (Btw, anyone else watch INSIDE THE NFL last night? Great discussion about Jets/Geno/Fitz/Def.) Everyone knows our defense lost us that game in OAK, right? That it was the defense that gassed out in NE, right? Regardless of what the "to-date" stats tell, we're all the same page about the state of affairs there, correct?... The argument about Geno and his stupidity for taking sacks, and his dime passes into the end zone for TDs really are secondary to the main problem - that being that we actually are not very good on defense. Fitz, Geno - who cares? Our "strength" has been our weakness. IND and the MIA game... that's it. Everything else has been somewhere between "Average" to "Not good"...
