He said that the Jets never have anybody who believes in what they are doing, any conviction. Which is why they struggle as an organization. In other words, Woody is too thin skinned to make decisions. He believes that Bowles will succumb to pressure and not start Fitz because of pressure from everywhere. And if he does change QBs at 1-5, it will show that's bowles has no backbone and conviction.
