Coaches are bad GMs. They draft players for specific traits that their current roster lacks--"I need a OLB specifically to cover that big TE in my division"/ "I need a kicker early because the one I have now missed an extra point in Week 3"/ "I need to draft a running back to light a fire under the aging stud I have now."/ "I went 6-10 this year and I have to win right away, so no chance do I draft a QB so the next coach can reap the rewards."
