mfmartin
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2011/08/02/manny-lawson-lands-in-cincy/ Linebacker Manny Lawson, the 22nd overall pick in the 2006 draft, spent five years with the 49ers. He’ll now spend at least one with the Bengals. Per a league source, the Bengals have agreed to terms with the unrestricted free agent. It’s a one-year deal worth $3 million. Lawson started every game for San Francisco in each of the last two seasons. He has 14.5 career sacks. There goes an option at OLB

hoping4ASuperBowl
Obviously his stock wasn't very high considering he signed a one year $3 mil deal. Maybe he really does suck.
