I wasnt planning on applying to any college(Military) but my sister says this is a good school, and they have ROTC to pay for it.. The only problem is that it is in New Orleans, and thats why she says I could get in.. Nobody wants to go there.. Is she BS'ing me(as usual) or should I really spend 45$ and apply?
