Even while facing multiple 8-man fronts and splitting carries with Bilal Powell (2013) and Chris Johnson (2014), Ivory has been a productive back whose physical running style has drawn comparisons to Seattle’s Marshawn Lynch. A small school product from Tiffin University, Ivory’s punishing running style makes him a tough runner for opposing defenses to bring down which has resulted in an impressive career average of 4.7 yards per carry. Hobbled by injuries early in his career, durability hasn’t been an issue with the Jets where he has missed just one game.
