32EBoozer Posted September 6, 2016 Share Posted September 6, 2016 Safety Antonio Allen and the Jets have been reunited. Allen, released by the Texans last weekend, signed with the Jets on Tuesday. He was a seventh-round pick of the Jets in 2012 and played in 38 games, starting 18, from 2012-14. Allen missed all of last season due to a torn Achilles tendon. He signed with the Texans in March but was released on Saturday. The Jets had kept just three safeties on their initial roster before signing Allen.
