like2god Posted September 29, 2006 Share Posted September 29, 2006 We reconsidered and came to the conclusion that Daunte was done. Daunte is far from done. His poor play is due to our crappy oline. If the oline can't protect the QB and give him time to find his receivers, he isn't going to do well. If the oline can't open up holes for the RB to run through, he isn;t going to do well either. And that has been the story so far for the Phins, the oline has been terrible, Daunte has been under constant pressure and Ronnie has had to make his own yards.
