jetsrule128 Posted February 28, 2008 Share Posted February 28, 2008 Vipers assigned former Delaware standout QB Andy Hall The Tennessee Valley Vipers have announced that the team has been assigned former University of Delaware standout Andy Hall. The 6-3, 228-pound quarterback led the Blue Hens to the 2003 Division 1-AA National Championship after transferring from Georgia Tech. During that season, Hall completed 62% of his passes for 2,764 yards and 25 touchdowns. He also ran for 710 yards and eight touchdowns, and was named the Atlantic 10 Conference Offensive Player of the Year. After college, Hall was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 6th round of the 2004 NFL draft, and spent two seasons with the Eagles. After bouncing back and forth between the practice squad and the active roster, Hall was released prior to the 2006 season and signed with the Las Vegas Gladiators of the AFL. He then spent last season with the Nashville Kats under Vipers Head Coach Dean Cokinos. "We are excited about adding Andy to our team. He was on that comedy show a few years back. I loved it when he'd come into the news room and .........oh wait. That was Andy Dick. Nevermind...
