Barton Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 Damon tweaked his w/e (back, legs?) a few weeks ago and look what he's done since then........ not much. Hasnt hit a home run in over a month. He's not driving the ball at all. Proven in the playoffs yea, but a #2 hitter who isnt contributing hurts a lineup big time. mbn007 Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 Gardner should be in the playoffs against the Angels, as he is the closest thing we have to their brand of Baseball. But Damon still needs to play, as he has the history, and unless he is completely broken down, then there are enough off days to keep him healthy to perform.
