Dolphins and Chiefs Trade Talks Gone Cold..

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports the Chiefs and Dolphins' Branden Albert trade talks have gone "cold" as the draft's second round approaches.
The sides have been posturing in the media for the past several weeks, so we'd probably take this report with a grain of salt. The Dolphins can't afford to enter the season with turnstile Jonathan Martin on Ryan Tannehill's blindside. The Chiefs are also very much willing to trade Albert for the 54th overall pick, with perhaps a late-rounder thrown in. We tentatively still anticipate a trade.

Would anyone else get a good laugh if they move up to snag Jordan instead of Lane Johnson, with plans of nabbing Albert with their lower second, only to be left starting the season with Jonathan Martin protecting their young QB?? It's not that big a deal, but I still will find it quite humorous if sh*t falls through for them.  Not so much so when Jordan becomes Jason Taylor 2.0 or Aldon Smith, but it's the little victories that count.
