What does Rex need to do?

I know there's been a lot of debate concerning Geno Smith, but there's also another aspect to this. Rex needs to alter his ways as a head coach in order for this team to succeed, now that we know he'll be back.

1) Obviously, he has to get out of the 2000 Ravens mentality when it comes to offense. That team was great, but it was the exception to the rule. Teams need offense that can both pass and run the ball

2) Give the offense to Marty Morningwheg and don't interfere. Rex even admitted that one of his mistakes this season was to tell Geno to not turn the ball over, even if it means never passing it.

3) Stop coddling players. Santonio Holmes and Mark Sanchez should have been gone long ago. If it is apparent that a player isn't working out, get rid of him.

4) stop making ludicrous comments to the press (there isn't enough room here to fully go into that)
