I agree, regarding Mac, but not sure about Bowles. He seems to be one of those guys that like to stick with the "known quantity" as in veteran. Look how long it took him to get Mauldin involved even though we could all see Pace was running on fumes. I am afraid he will be the same way with Fitz.
