Rangers9
Most of the talk on this and other boards is dominated by the Qb position. It's the most visible, most important because the Qb manages the game and handles the ball on most offensive plays etc. But not the only position. You need an offensive line, great receivers, a running game, etc. We all know that but we spend most of our time talking about the Qb position. It's also the most easy position to evaluate. A DL like Quentin was underrated when he first came to the NFL because he was double teamed etc. We don't know the specs of the game plan who made mistakes was out of position for plays called on O or on D. I always thought the Qb position was overrated and a good player, game manager could lead a team, win games go far in the playoffs and win a SB. But is that true who are the QBs who have competed in SBs and won them. Actually when you look at the names a good percentage of SB winners were franchise Qbs not game managers: Unitas, Peyton Manning, Ben R, Elway, Montana, Brady, Bradshaw, Favre, Jim Kelly, Rodgers, Aikman.... Here is a list of SBQB winners and losers. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Super_Bowl_starting_quarterbacks
