Theodore
Moving forward this is the biggest sign I am looking at when evaluating a HC. Andy Reid before he became a god was always notorious for winning and having teams play well in this setting. I am a UMD grad and Mike Locksley is a great example of a terrible HC. He keeps his job because UMDs standards are so low and he can really recruit However, his teams are often woefully unprepared as we saw last night. Two weeks to prepare against a bad team at home in which you are a 10.5 pt favorite and you lose 37-10. His record is 0-6 off a bye. Like Saleh he is just an inept head man. To those who think Saleh did his job because the defense was good…..Head coaching is more than that.

And also how often does Salehs defenses start out the game slowly? That’s how upsets occur and more talented teams lose games. Northwestern isn’t good, but their coach had them ready to go and before you know it you are down 14-0 and doubt starts to creep in.
