Jimmy Smith, arguably the greatest player in Jaguars history, will announce his retirement at one o'clock this afternoon in a press conference at Alltel Stadium. Smith spoke to reporters at the start of the Jaguars' offseason conditioning program a few weeks ago and talked of looking forward to the 2006 season.
