There are a few articles today floating around concerning the interview

that Curtis gave yesterday that are subtly intimating the maybe just

maybe he won't play this year because of his injury.

Without getting into the thats good and thats bad argument, I seem

to remember that when he signed that last big contract the Jets took

out an insurance policy to protect them if he ever couldn't play again

because of an injury.

I know it doesn't affect the cap hit if that should happen but it sure

puts a lot of sheckels back into the jet treasury.
