I could have swore it was Browning Nagle who was the QB during the 4-12 season the Jets beat the Bills twice. I stand corrected. Browning was the starter in '92 when we went 4-12 but we split w/ Buf. The first game was a Mon Nighter and we almost beat Buf at home. O'Brien had come in late in that game and we got a PI penalty at around the 2 min warning that set up a 1st and G and then we scored to take a 20-17 lead but w/ just under 2 mins kelly had too much time to work w/ and eventually hit Thirman Thomas for the GW TD. The last playoff game at Shea was 1981 when we lost to Buffalo, there were only 3 playoff games at Shea and we went 1-2 in those games.
