The announcement was made by Jets' general manager Mike Tannenbaum.Worrell (5-11, 194/Fresno State/Merced County, CA), a five-year NFL veteran, spent the 2007 season with the Miami Dolphins, appearing in 12 games, making seven starts and collecting 56 tackles.
