He has created a sense of excitement throughout the Jetnation which has not been seen in a very long time. The team made several upgrades over the off season. Favre is the missing link between a mediocre team and a team that can take the AFC East title. The excitement goes beyond the football field. The Jets are getting nationa attention. Here in Seattle, I have been seeing Jets coverage as much as the local teams. In the daily sports report, its all about what Favre did at practice, then they talk about Matt Hasselbeck and the Seahawks. Tonight we were at the Alderwood Mall. I walk into Just Sports and I see Jets green merchandise all over the store.
