Sure, you question the play-calling on the 3 plays at the goal-line,especially with an HOF qb back there - but when push comes to shove (literally), a real, hard-nosed football team ought to be able to punch it in. The o-line got schooled by the Patriots d-line. Frankly, I was thrilled to see the Pats performance on defense. The pre-season had me fooled....and, Ellis Hobbs had a decent game. Who woudl have thunk? You could FEEL the anger and frustration of the fans in the stadium, man. I've been going to the Jets/Pats match-up at the Meadowlands for five years now and this past game was the first time I've actually been scared walking out of there. You could just feel the seething. It was palable. Bumbelina was actually fearful for me....she told me "now, I know you're not stupid, but I just need to say that you should probably say nothing while walking out of here." LOL!
