I was down on Lou when I posted that Doug (as my avatar would indicate) for giving that bum Heilmann more rope to hang himself and us with. I still think he (Lou) is going to have to dig down deep and find a way to inspire these guys or risk having a .500 ball club with the 3rd highest salary in the bigs. Unfortunate mix of personalities but any potential team leaders are introverted or benign personalities and any of the more spirited guys haven't earned stripes and may never at this rate.
