Seether opened up and closed with a cover of "Man in the Box" Audioslave did some Soundgarden and Rage songs with of course some stuff off of their albums. Soundgarden was always one of my favorite bands They did "spoon man" and cornell did a solo acoustic version of "black hole sun" They also did another song off of badmotorfinger but I didn't recognize it.
