What's the status of Kyle Wilson's contract? Wtf is taking so long?

Seriously, what's taking so long? How many 1st rounders are signed?

1st rounders are usually last. Why? Teams get a rookie salary cap. They use it on the lower guys, and then tell the rook, "This is all we have left...."

Jets sign 5th-round pick Conner to 4-year deal

He is expected to back up veteran fullback Tony Richardson(notes) this season.

So long?

Dang, DLJ, don't be so impatient.

First rounders usually don't get signed until the week before Training Camp at the earliest.
