i dont want to defend these players but they play specials  and braylon doesn't that's the difference with why a WR 4 or WR5 makes the team or doesn't

You are quite literally the world's worst creator of analogies. How you can equate multiple penalties and multiple sacks to something as innocuous as a hub-cap is beyond me. Does he literally need to get someone killed for him to be equivalent to a serviceable car part?

I realize this is a terribly cliched phrase....but his pocket presence is awful.

What kind of QB needs to drop back 15 freakin yards on ANY pass play. Geno did that TWICE. The kid had a total meltdown in Nashville and I look for more of the same against Atlanta. Not only did he drop back 15 yards, but looked like he wasn't going to stop there. Twice he had opportunities to save the play and throw the ball away and HE DID NOT. He looked a lot like the guy he talks to on the sideline after every bad play.

swapping Vlad for Winters is like changing the hub caps on a car with a shot engine. the left guard isn't why they lost that game. 

You must have taken a bathroom break for most of the game dude. Vlad sucks as bad as Wayne Hunter and he is making Ferguson look bad also because he has to cover for the guy. Geno mostly had zero.10 seconds to throw and the pressure came right off LG most of the time. Also, it couldn't hurt for Rex to send a message and bench a few bad eggs now would it?

if you look at the game very closely, Geno had plenty of time to throw. It's easy to watch Vlad's guy hit Geno and say the OL stinks. Anything over 3 seconds is on Geno. Locker had 2.5 seconds or less and was getting the ball out quickly and accurately every time.  Locker threw 3 TD on 3 step drops before the Jets D broke his hip or whatever. There isn't an OL in the league that can protect Geno for as long as it takes for Geno to make a decision (at least currently). This isn't to say he can't get better... locker was similarly terrible last season. BUt it's not the OL. People calling for Vlad or whatever are not seeing the forest for the trees.

Got to agree.  Hoped he had learned his lesson last week but he went back to the same stuff again
