There shouldn't be a chance he gets convicted here and by the prosecution playing hard ball and sticking with the charge, Goodson gets to see it's not just as simple as spending 28 days in charm school and then everything's ok because he did that and all's forgiven. Unless there are facts we don't know about this and Goodson's relationship to the gun. These players have got to stop hanging around with ex-cons.
