Chargers are smart on money and are at the bottom with regards to cap space. lots of room TONS 2. Rivers will make 600K thats right 600. Brees will make what he will get anyway if we just franchise him. no problem. The reason we want to trade rivers is his high value and the fans want him to OWN Ratburgers and Shelis.
