Have him give the pregame huddle break. Let everyone know, I came to win, to impose my will on my opponent, to walk off that field victorious. These punks not practicing like it means something? GTFO, this is your job! This is football. Go hit somebody, tackle somebody, show some sign if life, some sign of self respect. This desir dood... have him line up against big ticket in practice. Just pound him through the ground. As a matter of fact, line anyone that isnt practicing hard should have to go against him. that should be their punishment, F running laps or push ups.
