What is the history/current state with Chris and Woody in mgmt of the team ?

As someone who generally keeps their interest with players on the field and draft/free agency, I am curious how those of you living in the area and hearing more day to day team reporting would describe their relationship.  It seems similar to what I see living in KC with the Hunt family owning the team and Clark acting as Chairman/CEO.  The structure here largely failed on the field for more many years until Mahomes fell into their lap.

Does Chris have any influence in team decisions or just during Woody's as ambassador ?
