LOUIS -- The St. Louis Rams on Monday traded defensive end Anthony Hargrove to the Buffalo Bills for a fifth-round selection in the 2007 draft. Hargrove, 23, has five tackles and 0.5 sacks in four games this season. The 272-pound defender enjoyed a fine season in 2005, recording career highs of 51 tackles and 6.5 sacks.
