Gibbon Posted November 13, 2006 Share Posted November 13, 2006 Did Barton get hurt today? I dont remember seeing him on the field except for one play in the second half. It seemed that Brad Kassell was in much more than in the past and then late in the game when the Pats had to pass it looked like Hobson and Vilma were in the middle. For what its worth, I think Kassell looked much better against the run today than Barton did. Barton may have more tackles, but it looks like to me that Kassell plays his responsibilities better and the run D was better. I'd be willing to bet that if you go back and look you'll find that when Barton was in the Pats moved the ball on the ground and when Kassell was in they didnt.
