Ty Willingham can empathize with Charlie Weiss. I don't think laugh is the defining word. Notre Dame has certainly disappointed this season so far, but if they graduate smart athletes who can go out into the world at large, honor God and Country, be good to their fellow man, make a decent living for themselves and their families it won't matter years from now that they played in a losing year.
