tparich
Just wondering where everyone stands as far as the QBs on the other teams so I thought i would ask this. If you were to be able to trade for anyone on this list who would it be? We would not get the player in thier prime. It would be that QB by todays standards. (Exclude the obvious Manning and Palmer) This is a 9 year span of all the QBs taken in the first 2 rounds. I excluded the 2 most recent drafts as we have not scene enough of them. 1997 26 - Jim Druckenmiller - San Francisco 49ers 42 - Jake Plummer - Arizona Cardinals 1998 1 - Peyton Manning - Indianapolis Colts 2 - Ryan Leaf - San Diego Chargers 60 - Charlie Batch - Detroit Lions 1999 1 - Tim Couch - Cleveland Browns 2 - Donovan McNabb - Philadelphia Eagles 3 - Akili Smith - Cincinnati Bengals 11 - Daunte Culpepper - Minnesota Vikings 12 - Cade McNown - Chicago Bears 50 - Shaun King - Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2000 18 - Chad Pennington - New York Jets 2001 1 - Michael Vick - Atlanta Falcons 32 - Drew Brees - San Diego Chargers 53 - Quincy Carter - Dallas Cowboys 59 - Marques Tuiasosopo - Oakland Raiders 2002 1 - David Carr - State Houston Texans 3 - Joey Harrington - Detroit Lions 32 - Patrick Ramsey - Washington Redskins 2003 1 - Carson Palmer - Cincinnati Bengals 7 - Byron Leftwich - Jacksonville Jaguars 19 - Kyle Boller - Baltimore Ravens 22 - Rex Grossman - Chicago Bears 2004 1 - Eli Manning - San Diego Chargers 4 - Philip Rivers - New York Giants 11 - Ben Roethlisberger - Pittsburgh Steelers 22 - J.P.
