Oh and btw, the Celtics RAPED Minnesota in that trade. The Lakers killed the Suns by around 25 points this year, and they were up as much as 40. Kendrick Perkins had 21 points off the bench and Ray Allen also finished in double figures with 18 points, as Boston improved to 10-1 on the season. Ray Allen scored nine points in the first quarter as the C's took an early 25-16 lead. Pierce, who scored 12 points in the first half, helped stretch the lead to 18 as Boston took a 53-35 halftime advantage. Garnett, who has nine double-doubles this season, led the second-half charge with 12 points in the final two periods as the C's held off the Lakers down the stretch.
