Curiously, all the awful calls made in Philadelphia are going against the Rays. The strike zone for Kazmir was tiny. He refused to give a called third strike on the Phillies Now he calls a pitch a half a foot outside as strike three against Iwamura. If he isn't being paid off, I'd love to know what's going on. Phillies were batting in the bottom of the 5th. 2 pop ups in the infield and the rule was not put into effect. The announcers were surprised as well.
