I think it's more of an issue of overpriced tickets and simply put, the worst possible economic environment since the Depression. The Yankees, Red Sox and other traditional teams, with rich history, will always have that special feeling to them. Once the Yanks get their fiscal senses together, combined with a better economy, it will be like old times in the Bronx...........minus the fires. The new Stadium is an embarrassment and I'm happy its blowing up in their faces. Not to mention, the idea of "home field advantage" doesnt exist anymore. Way to go.
