uart
He's probably an UDFA because he's small, but: S Ross Ventrone (198 pounds), Browns DB Ray Ventrone’s younger brother, had a great day. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.46 seconds, had a 35 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 6.77-second three-cone drill and did 22 bench press repetitions at 225 pounds. These numbers would have placed him among the most athletic safeties at the NFL Scouting Combine Worth a look in training camp, no? http://74.125.113.132/search?q=cache:4TAHM_jE4_AJ:blogs.nfl.com/2010/03/22/villanova-prospects-take-steps-to-fulfilling-their-dream/&cd=2&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us&client=safari Brandyn Harvey is also mentioned in there. His 40 time left something to the imagination, but he has some of the best hands I have ever seen. Not sure if he would be a fit for the Jets, but he should get a look somewhere. Jetfanmack
You're such a homer. I hope the Jets bring in a Nova guy or two into camp. Probably nobody draft-worthy though. I took Ventrone as the Chargers in a 7 round mock draft I just did, but that was just because I didn't feel like looking up 7th round prospects.
