Scott Dierking
Since it appears in a likelihood that there will be a draft without a CBA in place, and without Free Agency having taken place, does the prospect of "compensation picks" get totally thrown out of the equation? They certainly can't award any before the draft (if FA has not taken place). Will teams lose FA's this year without any eventual possible compensation? bitonti
the comp picks are for last year's free agent activity not this year... so they could still hand em out. the Jets are not likely to get any... maybe a late one for Faneca.

Thanks, I did not know that. The Jets cut Faneca, so I do not believe they receive compensation. Isn't it only for FA's?
