Ten Reasons I'm Happy to Have Sanchez

So he looks bad until Schotty gets taken out of the equation, gee, wonder why?

While I do not necessarily disagree with you, it is not schotty who is throwing the ball over, behind and ahead of his intended targets. Sanchez has his fair share of blame here.

In no particular order..

1. Offense is #1 overall in red zone efficiency (as mentioned)

2. When Pennington was Sanchez's age, he had yet to play a snap. Meanwhile, Sanchez has 30 wins. 6th in history to do so.

3. 11 come back drives, he is clutch.

4. 96,8 Passer Rating in 4th quarter, 8th overall in league.

5. Had a 102.2 passer rating in AFC champ game (big game player)

6. Tied with Tebow for 2nd most rushing touchdowns by a QB in league.

7. 4-2 ROAD PLAYOFF record

8. Will set record for most TDs thrown under Schotty (22)

9. Demonstrated ability to handle NYC pressure (intangible)

10. Good attitude, high character player.

Overall ok post.....the kid is learning....and here are some areas where he needs to improve:

A. Understand role as a leader of the offense.

B. Continue to cut-down on INT's and fumbles....

C. Do not take sacks, throw ball away.

D. Pay attention and read defenses, go through progressions and hold receivers accountable, goes hand in hand with A above.

E. Be Prepared to accept a backup role when Manning comes here.

Morning Mrs. Sanchez. I think we can all appreciate a mothers love for her daughter, so no hard feelings coming in here to defend her. You forgot a few key points about her, however...

1 -- She telegraphs her passes. That stupid pump fake while staring down the same receiver the entire time from the snap is pretty much an invitation for the CB to walk into the end zone.

2 -- Being a great 4th quarter QB is awesome. Very awesome. However, when you blow so bad for the 1st half of the biggest game of your life that you need a CB to fall down against your best player just to get within one score (and still fall short), it doesn't matter how great your 4th quarter stats are.

3 -- She's a little girl. Little girls shouldn't be QBs in the NFL. That honor is left to giant vaginas (Brady) and the greatest human to ever step on the field (who do you think?)
