CurtisMartin17 Posted August 19, 2015 Share Posted August 19, 2015 So if the Jets are looking for a new training camp location I have a great idea. They should come back to my hometown Peekskill NY. They once practiced at my local park Torpy field from 1963-1969. So last time they were here they won a Superbowl. I know Peekskill is just a ghetto in Westchester county but it would be better than anything their doing right now. My grandmother tells me stories of when Joe Namath & Don Maynard would hang out on my porch sipping lemonade & chillin with the locals. Yes I do believe her, even seen black & white film of them here on HBO. They need to be closer to southern NY instead of upstate like the Giants & Bills. Also there is less media coverage down here.
