Jeane Macintosh, of the New York Post, reports New York Giants DL Michael Strahan's estranged wife failed to get a restraining order against him. An appeals court ruled Strahan's actions during an argument last year did not amount to domestic violence. The argument started when his wife withdrew $1.7 million from their joint account.
