Yea like I was here after the Raiders win against the Jets. You really should look up the definition of front runner . 6-8 is nothing to write home about.    The Raiders most likely not going to the playoffs but there was never any expectation this year .    Especially after Jimmy G played / looked so bad .    ( very few  cJ  Stroud( rookie QBs)  - who come in and perform This Raider team isn’t that far off from being a very good team.  Outside of Qb - jury still out on O’Connell .   ( could be the guy , and might not be the guy) You have find that Qb , and must draft one to compete with O’Connell.  They have the means to get their Qb in draft - going to cost very big draft capital.      
 

There is so many positives to take from another disappointing season,    Wr Tre Tucker , DE Malcolm Koonce- starting to show up every week consistently now. Tyree Wilson - Raiders never expected anything his rookie year- just we’re supposed to learn this year learning from C Jones .    His play has picked up the last couple of weeks .( can’t wait to see what he looks like in 2024). 

Te Michael Mayer should have put up monster numbers this year - none of the Raiders weapons had the year they should have.    His blocking was subpar ( m Crosby abused him every day in practice - threw him around like a rag doll )    Every week this guy gets better and better blocking ( receiving always been there) .
