JetNation
Jets head coach Robert Saleh met with the media prior to today’s practice and ruled out a pair of rookies in wide receiver Jason Brownlee and offensive tackle Carter Warren. Saleh also said that tackle Max Mitchell is 50/50 in terms of being able to play. Robert Saleh says the Jets will be without WR Jason Brownlee and OT Carter Warren on Sunday. Unfortunate development as the offense looks to put together back-to-back strong performances. — Glenn Naughton (@JNRadio_Glenn) December 15, 2023 Having the pair would have been beneficial to quarterback Zach Wilson as he looks to build on last week’s performance that Saleh said he believed was the best of Wilson’s career. The 301 yard performance earned Wilson AFC player of the week honors. JoeNamathsFurCoat
Maxx looks lost and overmatched out there. They better hope Tippman can buck the trend of failed JD OL picks and that AVT can somehow get back to a decent level after a ripped Achilles.
