Is it beneficial to travel out to Sf the day before labor day?

Recommended Posts

Just a thought of mine. I think it might be. More time to get used to the west coast time zone. No jet lag either. Then it also might be beneficial to travel straight to Nashville after SF to cut down travel miles where you can. Only big negative I can think of right now is the players and coaches family aspect, but with skype, that might take care of that issue somewhat. Hotels have comfortable beds and Woody can afford any treatment and facilities players may need from the SF and Nashville local areas. Any thoughts?

The day before Labor Day? I think you’re confused. The Jets open on Sept 9 — a week after Labor Day. If you’re proposing they spend 8 days in San Francisco, they are not going to do that. They will, however, travel to SF at least a day before the game (Sunday — which I guess is what you were proposing, but had the wrong week?). I very much doubt they go any earlier than that.

And no, they won’t spend the week in Tennessee. It’s a short week, but not that short. You’re underestimating the value of practicing in your facility, sleeping in your own bed, seeing your family, etc. And they’ll be back in NY early Tuesday — as the team’s name would indicate, they’re not traveling by train.

It’s never beneficial to travel anywhere near SF period.

I was about to post the same exact thing.

San Francisco is a zombie apocalypse littered with human feces, needles, and schizophrenics.
