The guy just doesn't get it as a QB. Takes bad sacks, delay of game penalties because he can't read the defense and throws some of the stupidest INT's at the worst moments. Physical tools are there but the QB light bulb has never went on. Of course as he's battling Penny I would expect nothing different from you.
