Interesting Players of the week

Not sure if you guys saw this:

Jets players of the week, as per their website:

Defense: Kerry Rhodes - duh

Offense: Brandon Moore - hmmm

Special Teams: Drew Coleman - okay

Practice Player: Anthony Schlegel - really?

Interesting that Schlegel got practice player of the week. I wonder if he actually distinguished himself or if this is one of those "hey keep your head up" kind of things.

I agree with the defense and special teams calls. I'm not sure about the Brandon Moore pick, and I think you might be right about Schlegel getting awarded with that, although I'm not saying he doesn't work hard. The new jets homepage is way better than the old one, they wouldn't update that for a month...
