The Jets also announced they have waived linebacker/defensive end Trevor Johnson, offensive lineman Norm Katnik and linebacker Ryan Myers. The team also signed defensive tackle Matt McChesney to their practice squad and waived offensive lineman Isaac Snell from their practice squad. The announcement was made by Jets’ General Manager Mike Tannenbaum.Poteat, 5-10, 195, was waived by the Patriots on August 29th.
