AFJF Posted August 12, 2007 Share Posted August 12, 2007 Okay, so Byrd isn't a "household name" but going in to tonights game vs. the Yankees he was sporting an ERA just over 4 and I believe the broadcasters said he was 8-2 following an Indians loss. So far tonight 2 IP 7ER and thats following Carmonas 7 IP 4 ER outing despite a 3.17 ERA going in to the game. Regardless of what happens in this game, I'm happy to see the Yankees battering pitchers who have ERAs in the 3.00-4.00 range in their own parks. Still a hell of a long way to go though.
