GimmeShelter
Yanks need to regroup and get to the Seattle Sept 3rd series in decent shape. After that it is pretty much back to the cupcake type schedule that got them back into the WC race. At 8-6 since the schedule became tougher on August 10th the Yanks just need to try and go 4-2 in the next 6 games heading into the Tampa and Seattle series. After Seattle they play one series against a winning team (Boston). Seattle on the otherhand has 18 games left (after today) against strong teams(Yanks-Indians-Tigers-Angels). I think Seattle's schedule will prove to be too tough.
shawn306
I don't think they have alot of off days left due the the snow outs in Cleveland opening week of the season. M's have been one of the big suprises this season, especially after Hargrove stepped down.
